At Cedar Life Counselling & Coaching, the cedar tree is more than our namesake - it’s the heart of what we believe about healing, resilience, and renewal. Throughout history, the cedar tree has symbolized strength, faithfulness, and restoration. It stands tall through every season, deeply rooted, ever-green, and full of quiet endurance.
In much the same way, our lives are marked by seasons of growth, loss, and renewal. Beneath the surface, there is a strength that God has already planted - a rootedness that keeps us steady even when life feels uncertain.
Rooted - Courage and Strength
The cedar’s roots grow deep, anchoring it through storms and time. To be rooted is to find courage and stability in who we are and in the values and faith that ground us. It’s a reminder that we are not alone - that there is a steady source of strength beneath us, drawn from God’s everlasting love and the support of those around us.

Cedar wood is both strong and fragrant, known for its ability to resist decay.
