At Cedar Life, we believe healing is often more powerful when shared. Our therapeutic groups and workshops bring people together in safe, guided settings to process challenges, build resilience, and connect with others who understand.
Group Programs run for several weeks and offer focused support around themes such as grief and loss, stress and resilience, and life transitions.
Workshops are one- or two-day experiences designed to give you practical tools for processing emotions, improving relationships, or navigating major life changes.
